Michael Dallal
AssociateMr. Dallal holds extensive experience advocating for clients in matters before federal and state trial and appellate courts, the U.S. Supreme Court and before state agencies. He has argued in disputes involving contract, construction, employment, lending, real estate, landlord/tenant and collections issues. Mr. Dallal has also negotiated settlements and advised clients regarding freedom to operate and compliance with law and corporate policies.
Mr. Dallal has also represented buyers, sellers and lenders in multiple transactions from initial offers and contract negotiations to closing.
